How & when to use

As a food supplement, mix 1 level scoop (10g) of Hydraplenish with 300ml - 500ml of water, depending on taste preference. This product can be used at any time as required by the individual's needs. Combine usage of both pre and post workout for optimal benefit, performance and recovery.
