Delivery information

Orders must be placed before 2:30pm for same day dispatch. Orders placed after this will be processed the next working day. 

*Free 4-5 working day delivery is available on orders over £75 to mainland UK. Due to DPD classing some places as ‘remote locations’ we are unable to offer the free shipping here. The include but are not limited to the Scottish Highlands & islands, Northern Ireland, Jersey, Isle of Wight & the Channel Islands.

We offer DPD next day delivery. Please note this is Monday-Friday only, as Saturday & Sunday are not working days.

DPD do not collect during weekends, so if you order on Friday by 2:30pm, your order will be processed the next working day, which is Monday, and then will arrive on the Tuesday.

You will receive a tracking number from our courier when your order is despatched.

  • DPD Next day: 1 working day (£5.99)
  • DPD Standard: 2-3 working days (£4.99)
  • Saver: 4-5 working days for orders over £50 (£3.49)
  • Free shipping: 4-5 working days for orders over £75*

Delivery terms

If you change your mind about an item, providing it has not been opened, you can return it to us within a 7 day period. You will need to cover the cost of shipping the return to us. Once we have received the product back & we have inspected it for damage, we will process you a refund, minus our original shipping costs & payment processing fees.

If your parcel gets returned to us due to nobody being home / you not arranging a pick up or redelivery, you will be refunded for the items, minus a £12 charge for returned parcels & your postage. 

Order errors – we are only human, so on the odd occasion you may be missing an item or have been sent a product in error. Any problems with package contents must be reported within 48 hours after receipt of the parcel, with photo evidence, so that we can arrange to get your missing goods sent out, or your wrong product swapped for the correct one. We will provide you with a returns label for the wrong product & then arrange the swap of any goods. Once a package is in your care it is your responsibility to check your order. After this time frame has passed, we cannot claim responsibility for any missing or wrong items.
