Power Health - Epsom Salts - 1Kg
Power Health Epsom Salts contain high-purity magnesium sulphate heptahydrate, traditionally used in warm water baths for general well-being and recovery routines. Bathing in water enriched with Epsom salts is a long-practised method in many cultures, valued for its simplicity and convenience.
Each pouch contains 1 kg of Epsom salts, allowing for multiple uses. When dissolved in warm water, the salts readily dissociate into magnesium and sulphate ions. Although anecdotal and traditional applications are typical, it should be noted that clinical evidence supporting the transdermal (through the skin) absorption of magnesium in humans remains limited and inconsistent [1][2].
This product is suitable for vegans and vegetarians and contains no added fillers or additives. It may also be used orally in small quantities as a general magnesium supplement; each 3g dose delivers 296mg of magnesium (78.9% of the reference intake) [3].
As with all supplementation and topical routines, always test on a small area of skin first and consult a healthcare professional if you have underlying conditions or concerns.
How and when to use:
As a Food Supplement: Take up to 3g dissolved in 250ml of warm water once a day.
As Bath Salts: Dissolve 2 cups of Epsom Salts in warm bath water to help relieve muscle aches and pains.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
