Applied Nutrition BodyFuel Hydration Electrolyte & Vitamin Sticks are convenient, individually portioned hydration sachets designed to support hydration, electrolyte balance and vitamin intake.
Each 7g Berry Blast stick combines key electrolytes, including sodium, potassium, chloride, and magnesium, alongside vitamin C and a range of B vitamins. The formula also contains a dedicated Hydration Stack providing 2,000mg taurine, 1,000mg coconut water powder and 500mg Aquamin™ per serving.
The stick format makes BodyFuel Hydration particularly convenient for training, sport, travelling, or simply keeping on hand when additional hydration support is useful. Each sachet is pre-measured, so you don't need a scoop or tub.
