Applied Nutrition, 100% Casein, is a slow-digesting protein powder perfect for use before bed or at times when you may have a longer than normal period without protein. The digesting protein allows for a "drip feed" of amino acids into the body, keeping you in an anabolic state.

How & when to use  

Mix 2 Scoops (30 g) with 500 ml of water or milk into an Applied Nutrition shaker (the less liquid, the thicker the shake will be). Shake and consume. Use just before bedtime for optimum results, but can also be taken between meals or 2-3 times a day.

Great product, great company!

I am always looking to keep my protein levels topped up, and applied nutrition casein is perfect for maintaining protein levels during sleep. It mixes well, tastes great and very well priced. Would like to thank cn sport for great service all round. Package was delivered the next day, perfectly packaged so no damage. Cn sport has an incredible range of products regardless of your goals and I will definitely be a regular from now on. The free samples and the haribos (which my kids love lol) are a really nice touch.
