Reason for buying is because my partner has been suffering with few episodes of anxiety and stress just through day to day work/life balance etc.
Since taking, after a few days of it getting into her system her sleep has improved so much she’s a lot less restless and touch wood she does seem to be more relaxed.
I’m not 100% certain its the Ashwaganda but its the only thing that’s changed/added to her day to day life so fingers crossed it’s serving a purpose 👍🏻
