Alice took some time to review here favourite pre in store – Adapt Nutrition Pre-Train.
Being a caffeine non-responder – a lot of the high caffeine Pre-Workouts didn’t have really any effect on me. I made my way through the shop Pre-Workouts starting off on the weaker ones, and building up to the stronger ones and unfortunately I struggled to see any real effects.
After having a couple of weeks training without pre workout and failing a set of high volume, heavy weight sets, Conor suggested Pre-Train. I thought I would give it a go.
I took the Pre-Train and went off to the gym to do my heavy deadlifts. I managed the deadlifts and felt absolutely buzzing for the whole day. It’s really worth a try next time you are looking to change up your pre. Nutritional facts below.
